Press Kit — RapidValue IGA

For journalists, analysts, and partner communications.

Company Boilerplate

Short — 50 words RapidValue is an identity governance and administration (IGA) platform built for EU mid-market enterprises. Its tier-3 hybrid architecture delivers full IGA capabilities with data sovereignty guarantees — no identity data leaves the customer's own infrastructure. First connector onboarding in 30 minutes; first audit-ready certification in week 4.
Long — 150 words RapidValue is a Belgian identity governance and administration (IGA) software company targeting EU mid-market enterprises with 500–10,000 identities. Its platform addresses the core failure of classical IGA: 12–18 month implementations that deliver value too late to be useful.

The platform's tier-3 hybrid architecture runs a lightweight agent inside the customer's own VPC, ensuring identity data never leaves their infrastructure. The SaaS control plane handles orchestration without receiving personal data — making RapidValue the first IGA platform genuinely compliant with EU data residency requirements out of the box.

Key capabilities include: wizard-based connector onboarding (30 minutes from zero to first sync), evidence-based reconciliation (per-grant snapshots with human-readable audit reasons), non-human identity governance (4-tier classification model), and AI-assisted role mining with cross-algorithm deduplication.

RapidValue targets DORA, NIS2, and GDPR-regulated sectors in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

Founding Story

RapidValue was founded out of frustration with the classical IGA market. The founders — IAM engineers and identity architects — had watched organisations spend €1M+ on SailPoint or Saviynt implementations that delivered their first useful report 14 months after kick-off.

By then, the org had changed. The role model was already wrong. The auditor still didn't trust the evidence. And the IAM team had burned out.

The core insight: the problem isn't the technology. It's the delivery model. IGA platforms were designed for a world where IT had 12-month project budgets, stable org structures, and 8-person IAM teams. None of those are true in mid-market EU anymore.

RapidValue was built for week 1, not year 1. Every architecture decision — from the 5-step connector wizard to the per-grant reconciliation snapshot to the one-command POC installer — was made to compress time-to-value.

Market Context Talking Points

On the IGA market
"The IGA market is bifurcating. Enterprise-grade platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt) require 12-month implementations and dedicated teams. Lightweight tools lack depth. There's no credible option for EU mid-market that delivers SailPoint-level capability without the SailPoint-level implementation project. That's the gap we're filling."
On EU data sovereignty
"Every EU mid-market CISO I talk to has the same tension: they want cloud convenience, but they can't send employee and entitlement data to US hyperscalers. The tier-3 agent model solves that. The agent runs in their VPC. We never see their identity data. Full stop."
On NHI governance
"Non-human identities — service accounts, AI agents, automation bots — now outnumber employees 50 to 1 at the average enterprise. Most IGA tools treat them as an afterthought. We built a 4-tier classification model from day one because that's where the next wave of breaches will come from."
On DORA/NIS2
"Both regulations require continuous access oversight and audit-ready evidence. Most IGA tools give you counts and deltas. We store the reason behind every access decision, timestamped, per grant, queryable at any time. That's not a feature — that's how the system works."
On the POC motion
"We can prove value before a procurement decision. One command, agent running in the customer's VPC, first connector live in 30 minutes. The prospect leaves with a drift report and role proposals from their own data. No DPA needed. No infrastructure setup. That's new in this market."
