We are the vendor.
The implementation is yours.
RapidValue is built partner-first — as a strategy, not a stopgap. Implementation, advisory and configuration work belong to the partner, who keeps all of that revenue. This page is what that means in practice, what you can do today, and what we ask in return.
Why partner-first
A vendor who also bills the implementation has no incentive to make implementation short.
That is the whole argument. The long, consultant-heavy rollout is not what identity governance requires — it is what a particular business model requires. So we drew the boundary on day one: RapidValue builds and runs the product; partners implement, advise and configure, and keep all of that revenue.
The boundary is deliberate, not a capacity problem we intend to outgrow. We do not compete on implementation — no services arm bidding against the people who sell and implement our product.
Why it is viable
The product is built to keep implementation short
A partner-first model only works if the product does not need an army to install. That is a product requirement we build to, not a hope.
🪄 Onboarding is a wizard, not a workshop
Every connector starts in a guided wizard with a live endpoint test at each step. A system goes live in minutes rather than weeks — which changes what an implementation day is worth, and what you can promise in a proposal.
👁️ Everything it configures stays visible and editable
What the wizard sets up is not a black box only we can service. Mappings, rules and policies stay inspectable and changeable — your consultants can stand behind the configuration because they can read all of it.
🧪 A proof of concept costs a kickoff, not a project
A 30-minute kickoff, the client's HR feed, and one system they trust us to read. That is the whole entry ticket — no NDA, no procurement form, and a clean walk-away if the fit is not there.
📤 A demo you can forward
The public try page is the running product — no login, no lead form. Send it to a prospect and they will actually open it, because looking costs them nothing.
Ready today
What a partner can do today, without waiting for us
Behind the partner gate the material already exists — built so you can demo, scope and answer the hard questions on your own.
🎬 A guided demo playbook
The walkthrough for the product demo: which screens, in which order, with which story — so you can demonstrate without us on the call.
🗺️ Thirteen use-case walkthroughs
Thirteen worked use-case walkthroughs, ready to use in a demo or a scoping session with a client.
🛡️ Architecture and data protection, in writing
Architecture and data-protection detail for your client's security reviewer — alongside the limitations list, which is published in the open, because that is not the kind of thing to gate.
💶 The commercial model, written down
The model exists in writing behind the gate and comes to the table in the first conversation — not on a public page.
The honest part
We are small, and that cuts both ways
RapidValue is funded by its founders — no outside capital, no investor timeline. For a partner that means influence on the roadmap that is simply impossible with a large vendor: the people implementing this daily see failure modes we cannot invent from the outside, and the roadmap is theirs to push on.
It also means you are betting on a small vendor, and we will not pretend that is risk-free. We keep a public page about what we believe and when we are the wrong choice — read it before the first call, because we would rather lose the conversation on honesty than win it on omission.
What we ask
Two things, both of them small
🧑💻 One named technical contact
Someone who owns the first implementation end-to-end. Not a team, not a rotation — one person who gets deep enough to be honest with us about what is hard.
📣 A reference once live
Permission to reference the engagement once it is live. Not a case study written by marketing — the fact that it runs, said out loud.
The terms are a conversation, not a form
If a model where the vendor stays out of your services revenue sounds like the right way around, the next step is thirty minutes — with a founder, not a partner-programme portal.
The commercial model is written down behind the partner gate and comes to the table in that first conversation — not on a public page.
