EU-native Identity Governance & Administration · built in BelgiumEU-native IGA · built in BelgiumCustomer-first · grounded in the running product

Our vision

The name is the promise.
Value, rapidly—or we have not delivered.

RapidValue exists to make identity governance implementable, explainable and maintainable for the European mid-market. Product value is only real when customers and partners can own it.

What success means

No successful customers and partners means no success for RapidValue.

A platform is not successful because it contains every module name. It succeeds when access decisions improve, evidence becomes easier to defend, and the organisation can keep the model alive after the launch team leaves.

Six convictions

What the product is built to protect.

Not six product claims. Six choices we use to decide what belongs in RapidValue and how it should reach a customer.

01

The long implementation is a business model—not a law of nature.

Value should appear while the organisation is still learning, not only after a year of design and services.

02

Maintainability is a feature.

The operating team must be able to understand, change and safely retire what an implementation creates.

03

Ticking compliance boxes is not governance.

A control matters when it changes a decision and keeps evidence of what actually happened.

04

We are the vendor, not the implementer.

Partners and customers should be able to deliver without dependency on a vendor services army.

05

Customers and partners steer the product.

The roadmap begins with recurring field problems, not with a category feature matrix.

06

European by construction, not by marketing.

Ownership, hosting, data boundaries and deployment choices must survive an architecture review.

When we are the wrong choice

Some buying requirements should lead elsewhere.

Choose an incumbent if you require a global consultancy army, one supplier to run the whole IAM programme, certifications RapidValue does not yet hold, or a twenty-year vendor name as a procurement condition.

Judge the claim, not the page

Bring one access question and test the difference.
