No marketing cookies, advertising profiles or cross-site tracking. We process personal data through this website only when you choose to contact us, book a meeting or request a resource.
We may use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service hosted in the EU, to count pages, referrer domains and countries in aggregate. It does not create persistent identifiers or store IP addresses. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). The site host may process standard technical request logs solely to deliver and protect the website.
Plausible data policyWhen you email us, we retain the information you provide so we can answer and manage the resulting business conversation. If you book through Calendly, Calendly processes the details you enter and RapidValue receives your name, email address and selected time. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Calendly privacy noticeA gated download may ask for your name, work email and company, together with the requested document, time, country, source page and language. We do not use that submission for a newsletter or sell it to others. It may be used for one relevant follow-up and is retained for no more than twelve months.
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@rapidvalue.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Belgian Data Protection AuthorityRapidValue IGA processes identity data on behalf of customers. That is governed by a data-processing agreement, defined retention and deletion paths, EU hosting, encryption and product-level GDPR workflows.
